While researching the topic of employee engagement, I was led to some amazing research by three renown academics which makes a compelling case for reinventing the way to onboard new employees.

This research was the catalyst for creating a new business and technology platform that helps employers rethink the way they bring new employees into their organizations.

This presentation will present the academic research that was conducted, and take you on a journey as Enboarder works with customers to change their focus and behavior.

I will be presenting case studies and results to date as well as some of the tactics and strategies we used to drive the change with various stakeholders in our customers.
