As a Talent Development & Training professional with 20 years of experience, Colleen is passionate about empowering people and teams to reach their full potential through educator training, curriculum design, and instructional coaching. Currently, Colleen is a Training and Curriculum Consultant with NoRedInk, where she leads educators (teachers, administrators, and school districts) through instructor-led training sessions, facilitating seamless implementation of the NoRedInk learning platform for the classroom, and develops customized implementation plans in alignment with school district goals. Prior to NoRedInk, Colleen was a Learning Consultant at Lessonly and a Teacher Development Consultant at the CREATE Teacher Residency Project. Before that, she spent 15 years as a middle school teacher and instructional coach. She is excited to deepen her impact through the Robb Bingham scholarship. By honing her skills in Instructional Design, she aims to create even more transformative learning experiences, and broaden her work beyond the K-12 educational technology industry. |
