Are you a parallel thinker? Do you naturally look for what can be rather than what is? Break out of your habitual thinking style and look at the effects of your decisions from different perspectives. Looking at problems using the Six Thinking Hats technique will mix ambition, skill in execution, sensitivity, creativity and good contingency planning, encouraging groups to find issues and opportunities they might not have noticed.
