Meet your instructor: Richard John Jenkins is an Adobe Systems eLearning Solutions Consultant. His extensive background includes Photojournalism, Film, Screenwriting, Neon Design, Multimedia, Web Publishing Tools, Technology Training, and Search Engine Marketing industries.
During his varied career, Richard aligned himself with Macromedia Inc. (acquired by Adobe Systems), and he was invited to join Macromedia’s Sales Engineer (SE) team in 1998 focusing on the Hi-ED and K12 markets. There he evangelized Macromedia’s products to tens of thousands of people all over the U.S. and Canada. Currently Richard supports Adobe’s North American eLearning team where he evangelizes Adobe’s amazing tools and technologies far and wide.
In his so-called spare time he is a fine artist creating stylized hanging art mobiles along with abstract pastels and paintings in the Russian and German Expressionist style. When he is not creating art or working he spends his time with his computer game obsessed three little kids, endlessly walking the family dog and stealing away a little quality time holding hands with his Starbuck's addicted wife.
