Larry has had a 16+ year career in the L&D and Talent Management space. He start in training and development at Grainger, then eventually served as senior L&D manager at Rubbermaid, then regional director for talent management at Brambles.Today he is the VP of Talent Management at Graphics Packaging International, provider of packaging for hundreds of the world’s most recognized brands.
