Building Facilitation Skills is the path to achieve truly engaging, interactive, social learning that yields business results. In this day-long workshop, participants will engage in a series of interactive learning conversations and activities in the a.m. that immerse them in the practices of world-class facilitation. In the afternoon, participants will prepare and share a five-minute facilitated session on a topic of their choice, followed by receiving honest, candid, structured feedback from peers on their performance.
