Michelle Cook is an instructional designer with The Home Depot, and has past lives in instructional design with Coca Cola Refreshments and IBM. She has almost 20 years of experience in every aspect of the learning process, from project conception and management to design and development. She's created everything from e-learning and ILT to blended and virtual learning solutions, and enjoys learning about new software and training methodologies. She has just begun to delve into the exciting world of experiential learning solutions with executive leadership development at Home Depot and is enjoying it immensely. When she's not working at Home Depot, she's spending time with her wonderful husband and two crazy dogs, or at her martial arts school studying Kung Fu and Tai Chi.
