Previously, ATD-Greater Atlanta members learned about Gallup’s CliftonStrengths. The meeting helped participants understand the importance of identifying what THEY do best and discover how to use THEIR natural talents to be more successful.

The questions to ponder AFTER a strengths assessment:

We find out our top 5 strengths, then what?

How do we use strengths assessments when developing others?

Do we create opportunities for our team to use their strengths?

Do we assist our team to showcase their strengths within their current job role?

This meeting targeted to beginners will help participants further understand how to leverage strengths assessments to help a manager and their team maximize their performance by leaning in on their unique talents!
