Using Interactive Workshops/Games to Improve Sales Training

In Latin “to educate” means to “draw out.” Are you drawing out the best from your sales training? In this highly interactive (and fun!) mini-workshop, participants will go through a process that allows them to come up with ideas and solutions for improving their sales training effectiveness.

Tools and techniques for making your sales training more memorable
Adapting your sales training to more effectively reach your audience
Reasons your trainees know more than you do – and how to leverage that knowledge to make your training more impactful
“Herding the cats” – how to corral even the most challenging sales reps to get them to not only learn but apply the learning to their jobs
Making sure what you teach your sales force is what they want (and need) to learn

The presenter:

Brownell Landrum is a nationally recognized speaker, author, the inventor of the DrawSuccess Game and the creator and founder of the DrawSuccess Program. DrawSuccess provides Leadership Training, Team Performance and Organizational Transformation Programs which are highly interactive, experiential and transformative – and proven to deliver measurable, sustainable results.

Brownell’s background includes marketing, sales, project management, planning and training for over 20 years with companies of all kinds, including consumer products and business services, including the Coca-Cola Company, Eastman Kodak, The Bloom Agency, Siemens Energy & Automation and several others. She has also run several businesses of her own. Brownell has an Executive MBA from Georgia State University, and an undergraduate degree is in Advertising from the University of Georgia.
