"Why Can't They Just Do What They Are Supposed To Do?" (A proven approach to improve individual and organizational performance)

The relevance and effectiveness of training and development always depends on understanding the actual issue. Our job as HRD/OD professionals is to determine the root cause of perfroemance breakdowns so that we can recommend and implement the appropriate solution, which may or may not be training. In this session we will review and practice a proven approach to improving individual and organizational performance based on the work of Geary Rummler.

What you will learn:

v  A proven model of performance factors based on behavior modification principles;
v  Application of this model as a diagnostic tool for analyzing performance breakdowns;
v  Application of these concepts to enable successful performance at an individual and organizational level.
