The Organizational Development SIG presents:
Creating Emotionally Intelligent Leaders
In this session you will explore options for utilizing EI in developing your leaders. You will also examine a case study of how one organization, in collaboration with an external consultant, has used the Bar-On EQ-i and other EI resources to develop millennial leaders.
