About Our Speaker: Mark Myette - Panel Moderator

2011 ATD-Greater Atlanta President, 2012-2014 National Advisor to ATD Chapters (NAC), and most recently co-chair of the 2017 ATD ICE Volunteer Committee.

Mark is Principal at ECC, Inc. and chief curator of www.WhatAreYourGifts.com, independent business owner and GALLUP AND TotalSDI-Certified StrengthsFinder Coach. He assists individuals and teams identify, understand, and leverage their GIFTS / STRENGTHS and discover how they can maximize performance and personal contentment. In 2016 he wrote "Wantrepreneuer: Do You Have What It Takes to be an Entrepreneur" with the intent to educate a would-be-entrepreneur about going down that road. Throughout his business career, which began in 1983 and where he spent 24+ years within Fortune 500 companies, he has always loved being an advisor, catalyst, coach, connector, influencer, pioneer, stimulator and teacher. One of his favorite philosophies is around the concept of karma...sowing positive seeds will - over time - produce positive outcomes as evidenced by his involvement in the Crossroads Career Ministry. He earned his undergraduate degree from Boston University, an MBA from Emory's Goizueta School of Business, his CPLP from ATD and is a Gallup and TotalSDI Certified Strengths Coach.
