Our March 2011 meeting: Best Practices to Align Training with Strategic Goals Panel Discussion prompted vast discussion around training evaluation and measurement.

Join us for a follow up focus on evaluation instruments and strategies in the corporate training environment.

We need you! Please bring a copy of what you use for evaluation and measurement. We’ll have a round table discussion allowing participants to share instruments, scorecards and best practices for training evaluation.  You’ll learn what they use, why they use it and how it is working for them.

A take away from the meeting will be a compiled toolkit of all the instruments that participants are willing to share. Everyone will have a reference resource!
