Icebreakers are good if they get everyone up, moving, and interacting
together. But they become great when they add impact to the program you
are implementing. In this session, Mr. Bingham shares three of his most
popular icebreakers and team-building activities and guarantees you’ll walk
away with something new for your facilitation toolbox! Perhaps more
important, you’ll get to explore how to create your own meaningful
icebreakers that won’t just wake people up, but truly leave an impact that
learners can take back to the workplace that can change their performance
at work and life!
Upon attending this session, learners will be able to:
- Execute three new icebreakers / team builders that can be facilitated in 10-20 minutes
- Make more purposeful connections between the icebreakers chosen to the content it supports
- Share icebreakers with other participants that they’ve found particularly purposeful for specific content
