Session Description:
Managing Learning Programs enables organizations to stay flexible and adaptable in the current business environment. It encompasses many specific technical skills and knowledge, which can be summed up in the 2013 ASTD Competency Study's definition: "Provides leadership to execute the organization's strategy; plans, monitors, and adjusts learning and development projects or activities." Properly managing learning programs allows an organization to adapt to new technologies and changing demographic profiles of employees and customers.
