Crystal Kadakia is a speaker, trainer, and coach specializing in managing the many career choices for Gen Y/Millennials career development. She speaks and trains on Gen Y/Millennials related topics for organizations and schools.  She also focuses on individual and group coaching, identifying majors for teens, but has also helped new entrepreneurs, young professionals, and career transitioners develop their careers.

In addition to coaching, Crystal is a professional at Procter & Gamble as a Training Development Manager and has worked on numerous entrepreneurial efforts including globally standard and 100% virtual training. She has also led strategy development for capability building in her organization and creating a global new hire on-boarding process. She is known for her skills in managing multimillion dollar projects, ideation, training design and people development. Crystal is passionate about helping individuals find and embrace their authentic, unique personalities and subsequently, use their authenticity as key differentiators in pursuing a career. Outside of coaching, she enjoys road trips, salsa dancing, self-development, and learning anything new.
