Focus Group Description:

Many of us have experienced the anxiety and apprehension that comes with having to discuss uncomfortable topics. These conversations can leave us feeling anxious, unsure of how to effectively communicate, and vulnerable. As a result, we may unintentionally escalate the situation further. By learning to engage in a constructive dialogue, we can manage these interactions to achieve desired outcomes.

This session is an immersive experience designed to introduce participants to the captivating world of artificial intelligence (AI) and avatars. Through interactive demonstrations and engaging discussions, this session will explore the potential of AI-driven avatars in navigating difficult conversations.

Through this session, participants will develop a fundamental understanding of the potential of AI and avatars in education, and learn how to harness these technologies in their own environment, ensuring a more inclusive, personalized, and dynamic learning journey for employees of all ages and backgrounds.

Learning Objectives:

Understanding AI Fundamentals: Participants will grasp the basics of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and natural language processing, and understand how these technologies form the backbone of avatar interactions.
Enhancing Personalized Learning: Learn how AI-driven avatars can adapt and customize learning content to meet the company and individual learners' needs, pacing, and preferences, resulting in a more engaging and effective learning process.
