      Dr. Greg Waddoups is a leader in developing innovative online learning programs and has over 25 years of experience. During his career, Greg has built learning programs for dozens of companies, such as the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC), Zoetis, 1-800-Contacts, Bare Minerals, Electronic Theatre Controls, Intellisys, and Olympus Medical. Additionally, he has developed higher education programs and courses for the University of Illinois, BYU, Western Governors University, UNLV, and the Jack Welch Management Institute, where he guided the development of targeted programs and courses. Greg has also taught graduate-level assessment and evaluation courses and has sat on multiple doctoral and master's degree committees.

      Greg is the CEO of Trainicity and Applied Instructional Design (formerly known as Converging Solutions), which focuses on building effective courses using competency-based and multi-method approaches to build learning programs.
